We never want finances to be the reason a patient misses out on treatment from a board-certified orthodontist. Orthodontic care is an investment in your health and confidence, and we work hard to make it as manageable as possible for every family.

Flexible Payment Options

We understand that juggling expenses is a fact of life, which is why we tailor payment plans to fit your budget rather than the other way around. For most patients, the majority of the total cost can be paid in interest-free monthly installments spread over the course of treatment, often comparable to a monthly phone bill, but with results that last a lifetime.

To help make treatment even more accessible, we offer:

• Financing that can extend beyond the estimated treatment length to help lower your monthly payment
• The ability to split your down payment into two payments
• Acceptance of CareCredit toward your down payment
• A prepayment discount for patients who choose to pay in full before treatment begins
• Monthly auto-debit on your credit card or bank account for added convenience

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.

Insurance, FSA & HSA

If you have orthodontic insurance, we will gladly help you obtain the maximum benefits available. We will accept assignment of benefits, meaning your insurance company pays us directly so you don’t have to pay up front and wait for reimbursement.

Do you have a flexible spending account (FSA) through your employer, or a health savings account (HSA) if you are self-employed? Those funds can be applied toward orthodontic treatment as well.

Your First Visit Is Free

There is no charge for the initial examination. At that appointment, Dr. Maldonado will discuss all of your treatment options and give you a clear picture of the estimated length and cost of care. Our goal is to make sure you leave that visit feeling informed, comfortable, and confident, not pressured.

The cost of treatment is comprehensive and includes all appointments, as well as retainers and retention visits for up to one year following the completion of treatment. Please note that lost or broken retainers do incur an additional replacement fee.
